This is the email i have got from Mr. Bala Murali Krishna who very nonchalantly told me over the phone that the phone number deactivation is Airtel’s problem and that we are not the only ones affected so many people in India are affected. Well, that does not solve my problem now does it ?!!

We run an online business and phone is the life line of our business. Unfortunately we have 39 connections ( all numbers are attached)  with Airtel and to our dismay all those connections were abruptly disconnected today since morning 9 am. The connections are not reset still and we are running out of patience. We spend extensively on online marketing for order placements and if the phone numbers dont work our investments in adwords is wasted and also the subsequent business that could have been generated is LOST. Who is going to COMPENSATE for this loss??

Mr. Balamurali Krishna very carelessly asked me how much loss are you going to incur? Well we have already lost Rs. 200000/- and counting. Not to mention the agony and frustration it is causing us.

IS AIRTEL GOING TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS LOSS ?? Who is responsible for this shoddy network you have and also the shoddy/ callous response we receive from your support staff.

IT is now 2 hours since my last conversation before this mail. The phone lines are still down. I will not shy away from taking LEGAL ACTION against airtel if this matter is not resolved quickly.
