I have booked 2 sits of WBSTC bus from Digha To Kolkata through Red Bus App on 07th August ,6.50AM. My Ticket Number is TS9371911943, PNR NUMBER IS 982M5NTV. On the date of Journey My friend S Saha and one other friend started there journey with this bus which is given from the Boarding point but after some time Conducter of this Bus droped them from the bus . and refused the ticket. I have already complaint in red bus by call. they promised me to call back but still now they are not rechable . and they did not refund my money. please take some action against this .
