The product was wrongly delivered to my address, as the customer had given her number wrong and the otp came to my number. I rejected the delivery as I had not ordered anything from Manmarzi. But the delivery guy kept on calling and messaging me to share otp continuously for 2 days so I had to share the otp. The delivery guy closed the delivery status mentioning delivered successfully, whereas the product was not delivered and was kept by the delivery person himself. The delivery person working for shadowfax and his contact number is – +91 90043 18403. He is very unprofessional and rude.
