As Rakhi was on 30th Aug 23, I ordered 4 Fashor kurtas from Ajio on 24th Aug 23.But on 31st August I received only two kurtas and the other two were old clothes with no tags and brand marks.
On giving complain on the same day to Ajio, they said to wait for 3 days. After 3 days they cancelled my return request saying that the items has been correctly sent.If ajio has sent right, how can i receive wrong items.
Please help me to get my refund. Recently, such type of cases happened too with my friends and this type of fault of ajio is increasing day by day and a cause of concern for all consumers. The customer care team is not at all concerned about this.I have raised return request for continuous 3 times.THey are repeatedly cancelling my return request and sending message that “THanks subhasmita for cancelling the return request.They are simply saying sorry for the inconvenience caused.By saying sorry the problem does not resolve.
It seems that a big fraud is going on in Ajio where the customer care team is playing the lead role.
Please request them either to sent the correct items or else give refund of RS 1560/-.
