I had ordered the combo of Colorfit 2 fitness band and Shots X3 Bass headphones from smartcombo.com. The delivery and billing of this product was done by Soundmonks.in through Ekart with Reference ID – 9303, Order ID – 8765732 & Tracking ID – PKRC5100037693. I received this package on 17/12/2019 & when I opened the package there was different watch in it and there was no fitness band or headphones in it which was I ordered.
Now when I trying to contact on the numbers on site they are not reachable. I also mailed on the mail IDs given on site, but they are not responding to it.
The most important thing in this is that the delivery of the product was done by the Ekart which is delivery company which is subsidiary of Flipkart. It means if they are getting this product delivered and collect to cash on delivery on behalf of these fake companies. It means they are also involved in this fake business.
