I am Rohan Kulkarni. I had ordered Stanley 12 Feet measuring tape worth Rs 3000 via Amazon from “Global Klamp”. The order was placed on 17th March 2021 and after several follow ups, I received a wrong product Stanley 5 Metres measuring tape worth Rs 200.
After I complained, Global Klamp executive answered and said he would check and call back. This happened on 7th May 2021. Since then, neither they are answering my call, nor calling back for replacement.
I have been putting complaints on Amazon, but received no response from Amazon or Global Klamp. I want a replacement with correct product or need my Rs 3000 refund.
