Text of Complaint by Ananya Upadhyay:

I did not deliver the clothes that I ordered from Menon’s website. They have delivered some other clothes which are very dirty. I have called and messaged them a lot but no one from their side has responded Then I tried to meet them but they did not answer even that and all the customer helpline numbers I called were switched off and if I called on WhatsApp then they did not pick up. I could not call them. I have paid them ₹19.100. Please help me.
