Dear Sir,
I purchased the following item from amazon India. The item I was delivered did not match the one shown in the image and what I received was defective piece. The item listed had three different items while the one I received was only one. I filed complaint against it many times. Amazon did not revert back to me, they refused to take back this purchase order. Multiple calls to Amazon went unanswered and also my emails were avoided. My money is still stuck with Amazon and they are not ready to pay it back to me.
The order was placed on 3rd July 2020, and I have been following up with them for the last 1 and half month but they are not entertaining me.
