Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I received the wrong product in my recent order. I ordered 4 shirts, but instead, a different product was delivered to me.
This is not what I ordered, and I am not satisfied with the delivery. I kindly request you to arrange a return of the wrong product and provide me with a refund or an exchange with the correct items as soon as possible.
Please let me know the next steps for return and resolution.
