On 15.12.2023 i placed the order 2023121521739424453 asking for a package of 4 pieces bra, size 5xl.
A week later i received a package of 4 pieces bra, size 36/80 (small or medium).
I paid 30 euros
I sent complain message to euways1011@outlook.com and to express@zenmasstt.com, asking to sent me the correct package and how can I return the wrong package.
i sent them reminder on 04.01.2024, on 10.01.2024, om 12.01.2024, on 16.01.2024 and on 17.01.2024.
Since now nobody answered.
