Subject: Wrong Delivery and Scam by Ship rocket, Faction hut, B Brand – Order #ST09SEP12187
Dear Consumer Helpline,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring to your attention a highly distressing incident involving a recent purchase I made from B Brand. My order details are as follows:

Shipment Address: KASRA NO 5 NEAR LUXMI DARAM KA TA, North West Delhi, 110042
On 15th September 2023, I received a package from Ship rocket, Faction hut, B Brand that I had been eagerly anticipating. However, to my utter dismay, I discovered that the contents of the package were not at all what I had ordered. Instead of the item I had purchased, I received a worthless piece of cloth.
This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and troubled, as it not only amounts to a grave inconvenience but also suggests a potential scam or fraudulent activity on the part of B Brand. I have attached photographs of the received item for your reference.
I have attempted to contact Ship rocket, Faction hut, B Brand’s customer service multiple times, but I have not received any response or resolution to my issue. It is clear that they are not taking this matter seriously, and I feel taken advantage of as a consumer.
I kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter promptly. My primary objective is to either receive the correct item that I ordered or obtain a full refund for my purchase. Furthermore, I believe it is imperative that an investigation is conducted into the practices of B Brand to prevent other consumers from falling victim to similar scams.
I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation required to facilitate the resolution process. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
