Hi,
I am Neerja Tiwari from Tirupati, basically I ordered the product either from Flipkat or Amazon, oresle my husband ordered for me with online payment, we never used the option cash on delivery, As this incident happened today when one order came to my home address with my personal number and address is also same but there is an incorrect name and delivery agent ask for the payment as the order was COD, firstly i refused to take the order but after that i thought may be my husband ordered for me so i just pay for the order with UPI and took that order, after some time when i enquired with my husband he also told that he didn’t ordered anything for me, then i just contact your customer care number but unfortunately the number is not in operation so i visited the EKART office which is located near MRPALLI Police Station, so he also given the same number and the above mail ID’s, So now i want to know the full history of the product that is who, when and from where the ordered has be placed when I didn’t order the product and its an request to return the order and refund the amount which is not a less amount and the delivered product is also fade in colour, below are some images of the product for your information in whcih details of the product mentioned, please initiate to return thr order and refund the amount. Thanks in advance. Hope will resolve the issue ASAP.
