I ordered EverHome Black & Beige Rectangle Printed (Dhurrie) costing Rs 799/ and payed for it on 2/09/2020. I was delivered a wall decoration piece instead of my order on 10/09/2020. I informed Myntra on same day (10/9/2020) and asked them to take back the wrong delivered item and send the item for which I have payed. Costumer care executive told me that we are raising your complaint and the matter will be resolved. However no action was taken from myntra and finally my order status was shown delivered on app on 20/09/2020. I talked to the customer care and mailed the matter a number of times but my order status is showing delivered and no action was taken from myntra. Therefore, It is requested that company should take back the wrong delivered item and send the item for which I have payed or refund the payed amount maintaining a fair and cordial relation with customer.
