Saw this pik collection account on Instragram, went through there products and asked them about the prices. They told their buy one get one offer is going on buy any two products for rs 1499/-. Placed order, confirmed it and asked them there contact number which was invalid tried calling multiple times it kept coming busy. Received order with order no. PIKAUG199 and paid COD by cash rs 1499/-
Literally the products packing box was broken and product received was wrong and also broken. Sent them the photo of parcel uploaded below. Then they asked for unwarapping video sent them that also. They then sent an aftershipment tracker link which was invalid. They said I’ll update you evening/tomorrow morning gave these excuses for continuous 2 days. Asked them for my refund did not reply not even a single text. Tried calling them again and again they did not receive no phone calls no Instragram message and no WhatsApp messages. Help me get my money refund
