Dear sir,
I have taken silver 849 plan last month and before its expiry on 27.6.2020 on 24.6.2020 I recharged my plan with combo 199 plan with validity of 7 days expiring on 2-7.2020rrow. On sunday i.e. 28.6.2020 when I used my Jio Set Top Box I was shocked that all the ott apps provided by JIO have become inactive. I called up theircustomer care then they told that OTT apps will only work if I had a monthly plan active so accordingly I recharged with silver plan 849 again but to my utmost surprise after that my 199 plan got deactivated and no data consumption is done from 28.6.2020 to 2.7. 2020 and around 40 gb data is consumed from my silver plan. I thought that first my 199 plan shall be consumed and from 2.7.2020 my silver plan will be used. Due to their defective system of jio my 235/- recharge amount alongwith 953.90 GB of data all gone waste.
I tried to contact them over whatsapp, twitter and also written several e-mail to Jiofibercare@jio.com, appellate.wb@jio.com and info@ril.com but they just wanted to deviate the matter. I, therefore, request for a strict action against this company.
