I purchased a new connection of tata play. During setting up, technician gave me a strip telling that if u like you may use it for one month it is free. If u wish to continue using this, you will have to recharge it further. I did not used that strip except for one day. I didn’t subscribed it further also. But tata play continued to deduct my balance from cash back of purchase offer. It has been deducting extra charges for binge strip for last for months. It is a kind of fraud which these people has been doing with innocent consumers by miscommunicating things.
