I have been charged for downloading ppu game (twice) and content desc (thrice) from telesync solutions and sk mobi respectively which I have not downloaded. They have deducted a total of Rs 31/- from my mobile balance account without my permission. On complaining to customer care, they insist that the balance has been deducted for downloading the abovesaid services either from app or web and they don’t have any account of this. The balance has not been wrongly deducted. Please take action against them and make them compensate me.
