Sir,
I had requested TATASKY to to ‘Re-locatre’ the dish antenna as i have shifted my home. My consumer ID is 1057541417
Work was done by Tatasky man (M-90993 43999) but he charged Rs.150 in my account for ‘Adapter Change’ though he had not changed any adapter.
I booked a complaint in Tatasky support center for wrong deduction of Rs.150 for adapter change. But till the date they have not refunded the amount.
Without proper solution, they have closed my Two complaints and wrong remarke that ‘customer has no complain’.
Each time they gave me false assurance that you will be refunded the wrongly deducted amount but not deposited till date. They gave me false assurance that complaint will be escalated within 24 hrs, but each time a new man was present to me for talking and i had to describe him from beginning to end. Once a call from technician came who has earlier done the work at my home (M-90993 43999) and he accepted that he had not changed the adapter, but after that nothing is done by tatasky.
One tata sky executive has replied me that ‘Your adapter is changed and now warranty is started, so we will not refund the amount. It is very surprising that how can warranty is started without change of any adapter…!!! Is they are joking with customer..?
When i finally talked with Senior executive of tatasky HELPLINE with a final reminder to resolve THE ISSUE or to reply to TRAI, Two days before, a call from tata sky came and they told me that you are refunded Rs.150, now a ‘Happy code’ is generated and send to your mobile. You have to give this code to our executive to close the complain. I did so, but when i checked my account, i found that Rs.150 was deposited and instantly deducted from my account by reversal. Thus TATASKY is cheating their innocent customer and made them fool. When i informed them about this, they told some technical issue is there and the amount will again deposited in 24 hours. But after 48 hours amount is not deposited.
Every time when i called tatasky helpline they lounge a new complain and i have to describe each and everything till the date and though they do nothing.
I am suffering this type of mental harassment from Tata-sky since last 21 days, Their customer executive are not replying properly, their senior executives and nodal officers give false assurance.
So after reaching at the stage of mental frustration and agony i am filling a complaint to TRAI to take actions against TATASKY and do refund me Rs. 150 for wrong deduction and Rs.10,000 as a penalty for such a mental harassment and agony.
