Recharged for Rs 998 on 27/11/2018 with avalidity up to Oct 2019, as my O/G Validity with my earlier pack was about to be over by 28/11/2018. In spite of the fact that i am using only WIFI, my Balance is getting reduced as follows: On 30/11/2018 at 6.05 pm it was Rs 10.20. Again by 6.06pm it bwas Rs 7.04. Today ie on 01/12/2018 it came down to Rs 6.40. This in my opinion wrong deductions and not getting tracked in a proper systematic way. I need to get everything reversed. Attached herewith the snap shots of the balance.
