I am residing in a society in Noida. TATASKY is charging INR 300 for relocation and 100 rupees for some connector. My address is same (I did not relocate any where), the call centre person mentioned wrong PIN code and I informed them this area pin code is wrong.
Only just informing this area pincode TATA SKY is charging INR 300 and when I made complaint there behaviour is like HOOLIGANISM.
The staff came at my house to check connection, never put any connector in front of us and neither they informed us regarding this.
I made complaint twice in TATA SKY but they are adamant to their decision and not refunding this wrongly deducted amount INR 400 total.
