I was Told that due to policy change now you have to recharge your mobiles .Then i requested them to refund my balance.They asked me to submit I D proof and cancelled cheque which i submitted. But they have now debited my prepaid balance on the same date when i got my mobile charged. They are not replying relevant and their airtel store in sector 14 Gurugram telling me we cannot do complaint anywhere you want. Even nodal officer delhi is not taking any action taken though they given complaint no11397321,11226412 and so other also.
