Text of Complaint by Ramandeep Singh:

I have order lenovo Ideapad Slim 1 AMD Ryzen 3 3250U 15.6″ on august 22 on amazon.
I have paid for the order in credit cared payment option. I have received the laptop on 28 august. The delivery boy was in hurry to deliver order. When we open laptop box , it was new well packaged box, there was faulty broken, damaged Hp old laptop panel. I registered complaint for refund within half an hour of delivery. They asked for photos and case details. I have immediately provided them with all relevant details and photos. The customer care executive informe me that i need to wait till 3 september as they want time to investigate the issue. I called back customer care today, they told me that the refund window is close and they can not issue me the refund or replacement. I spoke the executive manager as well he told me that they delivered the right product. I do not what to do now , so only i m putting consumer complaint today. Please help me in this issue and help me get refund of the item.
