To whom so ever it may concern.
My name is Rajesh Pillai and am an Airtel customer for the last 10 years or so. Now my sim had a defect and when I approached the store they are telling me that the sim is in another person’s name,(one Mr. Ansal). U had given my passport copy as address proof at the time I purchased the sim and the is attached to my bank account, pan card, paypal, adhaar and whatever you name is. Now they are asking to bring Ansal and his ID to get a duplicate sim. I haven’t ever met such a person in my life and it’s been 10 years that am using it. My business and work status is getting affected because of the same. How’s is it possible for me to find that person, My recharge is valid till this month end…I used to operate Airtel banking app, gpay, paypal and everything from this number in my own name and account. I don’t understand the reason why I go out and find an unknow person and get his ID.
