I tried to make a deposit on winbuzz247.com which is a betting site while making the deposit the amount is credited to another account which is also one of thier account they commonly use for the payments but now they are saying they rent the bank account for the payments and they don’t have any details of the account holder i have this in a voice recording sent by then no proper voice customer support . I wanna file a case that they are using another persons account on rent basis which is completely illegal i want a compensation of 10 lakh ruppes because they blocked me on thier customer support on the whatsapp using accounts on rent and so many issues are there no proper customer problem redressal mechanism ..
