Hello Team,
I am using your broadband service from very long time No.01145533271, I requested on customer care approx 10 days ago to change my current plan, next day your executive Hemant Kumar called me (M. no. +91-8448196174) and saying he is coming to change my current plan & after visiting he told me to that I can 40MBPS maximum as per my area and I agreed to it then he told me I have to deposit 6 months advance rental for it and told me to pay 7196/- and I paid it online.
On Next day I was surprised I alloted a new connection (01145028364) which was never told to me by Hemant that he is giving me new connection then I called him how this happen than he told that he will cancel this connection and I shall get refund in my bank account within 3 days, after that I continuously called him and today very rudely he told me that you can complain anyone about him.
Please do the needful and cancel the connection 01145028364 which I never applied for and refund me 7196/- in my bank account.
