I have order simtac mobile holder from Amazon and product i received is yellowfin its same product but different brand but when i chat with customer service they said only return and refund but i Said exchange it send me what i order but they said can’t we will refund and order from different sites but its time consuming wasting of time even i said i need urgent but same response. See its been two time last time i have order water pump its happened same i order different brand they send different and now again but for first time its okay as i thought its same thing but now again and when i checked nicely then i now it depends on price like phone holder simtac brand its shows 1899 i order it but after i order price went up so they send me different brand to safe money same this with water pump price rise and they send me same price different brand.i order when its low so why they need to change without informing me by themselves even in order section they change what i order to fool me. I really need justice its not about money and just time but they missed used customer trust its happening again and again. And they said we will try not to happen again.
