My name is Deepak Sharma.
I would like to highlight a recent incident which happened with me on 18th Dec 2021 of this running month.

I bought a 3 piece suit (11000/-) from one of your outlets based in Faridabad Nehru ground NIT Near BK chowk location. Here I am facing a big issue , that is trouser fitting issue. When I’m trying this suit it’s too uncomfortable for me when I am sitting on a floor or chair. So I asked the executive to resolve the fitting issue and he said yes he did. But when I paid the amount from my side he just changed his commitment and said he was just only adjusting the length of the trousers and nothing else. And after that he convinced me the time was too late. You just visit the next day and our stitching tailor resolves the issue. So I visited the outlet the next day and he did not resolve the issue and all the time he told me to try another trouser but I m facing the same issue which I faced yesterday. The store manager also said the stitching tailor to fit the big size trouser in my size. Again I try these trouser but the trouser is too uncomfortable for me and my body posture is not look good in those trouser which I m trying all the time. And today is 3rd day my issue is not resolve again the store manager said you visit the tomorrow we arrange the another suit for you . Frankly I m done with these nonsense which I m facing for last 3 days or try 30-35 time different size trouser .Even today is 21-12 2021 again i visit the outlet and try a another trouser the same size issue is their which i m facing the initial days. About all the cenario i talk to the Area sales manager that is Mr Chatterjee and the Reasonal manager Mr Umesh swaroop so they both are not resolve the issue and said he could not help me out. Even Mr Chatterjee disconnect the call from his side. And after some time he send me the apology text, his mobile phone is switched off.

So I kindly request to you please refund my amount as soon as possible in ,my account through which I maid the payment.

And its really bad experience for my to visit the peter England showroom. even I m also not recommend any one to visit the peter England.
