Text of Complaint by Kalpesh Gajra:

We had recharged with 3000 voucher mentioning by your sales team that there the balance will not get expired for 2 years.

But Today when we visited and got to know that we validity was only for a year and our entire balance is lapsed. Also all the balance points in Card no 0179922430*824 got lapsed. If we would have been informed the same we would not have done the recharge of such a big amount.
We were given the confirmation and thus we went ahead with the same.

Request you to check with the team who had sold us this recharge in dec 22 and reinstate the same ASAP.

Secondly the behavior of your staff today was very bad. They insulted us like we are beggars.
Ask them we want to talk to the manager. They told us that manager is already left home. You do what ever you want to do.
Don’t expect this kind of Unprofessional behavior.

Request you to help in the case refund the lapsed amount as soon as possible.
