Text of Complaint by Tanya Bahree:

We booked 04 tickets from Delhi to Jaipur from dated 9th of August 2024.

First of all bus number was changed without any information.

Time given was of 10.25pm from Daula Kuan pick up point. We reached at 10pm and kept enquiring and if was told to us at 10.15 that bus number is changed.

Bus booked was PNR 5447257 and bus number was given as RJ14PF9451 which was changed to 6278.

When bus didn’t came till 10.30pm, upon enquiring it was told that bus had left.

We are lodging complaint of unprofessional behavior and want our refund back within 2 working days, else we are going to lodge complaint in consumer forum against company.
