I bought a new nexon xz+ around 3 months ago . After a month the ac stopped cooling also it has a gear problem from the beginning .The dealer promised me that it will be resolved after the first servicing.When I contacted the JD AUTONATION BILASPUR for my ac and the second servicing they kept saying that the AC compressor has manufacturing defect and it has to be replaced which is going to take 15-20 days .
22 may 2021 I contacted them they called back on 26th saying that the replacement order had been cancelled and I have to wait another 15 day for the part to arrive.when I complained on the tata complaints department ..JD AUTONATIONS GM called and assured me that they will resolve the issue immediately and offered me a compensation from 22 may till my car is fixed. 4gh july when my car ac was fixed they tell me that they can only offer me money from 29th may to 4june only . Backing down from the previous commitment they made.
The gear issi remains .I have a serious issue that I have been given a defective nexon by the dealer .
Please help me resolve this problem .Aa I had to sell my old car and take a 7 lakh rp.loan just to get this car .On top of that the service is very poor and unreliable .
