I had taken credit loan from StashFin RBI approved company and before emi date I am paying my emi still they give charges and I had talked one of the executive they told 500 will auto debit but it didn’t happened and on next day they give message you have to pay 500 extra means I have to pay 1000/- I had paid my 1000/- because it will affect my cibil that’s why I had paid please help me with this and reverse the charges.
