Text of Complaint by Pritam Singh Mehra:

Dear Sir,

My Self Pritam Mehra, I got a call from HDFC Team regarding credit card, they follow up and everytime said lifetime free no charges nothing to pay and I usually not uses the card, that girl clearly said and acknowledged too no charges life time free also reconfime

But after 1montn and now 3 month they imposed 3600 charges and I raised complaint 3 times but they don’t help me. Now they are emailing to pay. Customer care provided me one number I dailed 100 times in a day since 2, 3 days but no response neither they are transferring nor they are calling back.
