Text of Complaint by Abhinav Gupta:

i had port my 3 numbers from idea to airtel last month so i have chosen the 999 family plan but after sometime i check it on my Airtel app it shows me 399 individual plan on all the numbers so i messaged the airtel executive about this concern so she told me in her system the 999 family plan is showing but on 4dec i again check my Airtel app it again showed me 399 bill plan so i called customer care about this concern and they didn’t help me  instead of this they have made up a individual bill on all three numbers on pro rata basis according to 399 plan. why would i pay a bill according to 399 individualy for all sim when i have chosen the 999 family plan. I
