Dear Team,
I am writing to inform you that I have discovered an unauthorized credit card showing in my credit history. I have not applied for or taken out any credit cards from EARCPL, yet it appears as if I did. To provide evidence of this, I have attached a screenshot of the relevant information on my credit report.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to resolve it as soon as possible
