This is PADMI SANTOSH KUMAR with the loan account no: – DMI0010547792.
I have been charged cheque bounce charges from the month of June 2023 till September 2023, I requested many a times to change my ECS to a different account to money tap and DMI Finance
But no one responded. I was making UPI Payments from money tap application but in June 2023 DMI have withdrawn your services from money tap from there my problem started I am trying to contact DMI from all the possible ways but could not get your contact at last from the collection agency I contacted M.S Vani the collection manager from DMI Finance who resolved my issue by changing my bank account from HDFC BANK account to UNION BANK OF INDIA account after 3 months but she confirmed that she could not remove the cheque bounce charges
Sir please tell me when the issue is not from our end why will I pay the cheque bounce charges so request you to plz help me in clearing the concern
