I had ordered a set of 5 undergarments from kasmira1, which was prepaid.
I had received an advertisement for this on Instagram via a Facebook page.
The product delivered only had 4 sets of extremely cheap undergarments. The quality and the pattern mentioned on their website is completely different from what was delivered. It’s a completely different product of the lowest quality. I emailed them at care.kasmira@gmail.com as mentioned on their website. There have been no responses. They have mentioned that in case of return of any product, we have to courier it to the address from where we received the parcel. The courier was returned to me, as the address and their phone number is fake.
