Today I too have received a sms from Vz-ViCMS stating that “Hello! Thank you for downloading FUN Portal from CARBUN8. You have been charged Rs.22”Hello!

But surprisingly I haven’t downloaded any services. While calling on the helpline no. 198 of Vodafone Idea, they say no services activated but you have been charged. request TRAI -Telecom Regulatory Authority of India to look into such mal-practices of VodafoneIdea of cheating with the customers.
