I have been using airtel post paid for a decade now with the latest plan of Rs 299+taxes. 2 days back I received the last bill and was shocked to see the due amount of Rs 941/- when I check the app and it showed the same 299 plan only but the bill showed a booster pack activated as of 3rd of July. i further checked the plan and found that the booster was actually activated but I never did that because I never required one. Even if the booster was activated there was not SMS/mail/call confirmation or intimation on the same. i de-activate the plan form the app and tried to raise a complaint with airtel cc/nodal/appellate authorities but did not get any response from nodal or appellate team and the CC team was not even able to understand the query. I am now stuck with this bill which has 600 rs extra from my normal plan.
