This is regarding my airtel broadband fixed line connection in Delhi with No.01145649390 wherein there were charges of Amazon prime membership for one year for Rs.999 in the bill to be paid in April 2020. Since the bill for the said month was not paid the Balance was carried over in the Bill to be paid in May 2020. I paid the Bill after deducting the charges for Amazon prime membership before the due date for the Bill to be paid in May 2020. I have duly written about this to 121@airtel.com and instead of resolving my complaint they are giving certain links which are so confusing and do not take anywhere to register my complaint. Even their 121 customer care service when dialled from my said landline no. does not support to talk to some executive in this regard. On the name of Covid 19 they are not attending anything properly and making fool of people and waste their time and money. Despite emails I am again getting the message to pay the Balance bill. They are selling the products of other operators without obtaining consent. Kindly take up the matter with the Airtel and oblige.
