Dear Tata Sky Team,
This is to inform you that we are unhappy with your services .My Tata Sky ID is 1092228889.We are been wrongly interpreted regarding the plan please fins the attachement as we are enrolled in Tata Sky Flexi 12+1 plan we had to receive even a bonus of 1 month but due to certain changes without our notification due date is changed.This was your team duty to inform us before using our balance
Please take necessary action asap.
