Text of Complaint by Yogender:

I am calling your customer service team from 28th june 2021 but i have not seen pathetic customer service. Everytime i log my complaint via call and everytime they say our higher authorities will call but so far i have not received any call. But when i call next time they say i have no registered complaint with this number. They have charged me internet charges twice. Also i have upgraded my airtel box to xtream box for which i have already paid your engineer at the time of installation but again in bill it is charged.
