have subscribed to your broadband services at Bangalore location. I paid advance rental of three months too. I am also using a connection at my Delhi house.

Since, I recently shifted to Bangalore. I proposed to transfer my connection from Delhi to Bangalore and I called your call centre at Bangalore. Thats where the ordeal started…..

I decided to put my connection in to safe custody, and the agent twice asked my number. I told them
Delhi NCR number. To my misfortune the harassment begins….

This agent has activated the safe custody on my Bangalore number, must be sleepy in the morning hours. And then, my connection stopped working during work from home. I waited till evening and then to my misfortune i realized that the safe custody was put on the wrong account

Then, a bigger ordeal started I deactivated from airtel app from Bangalore number. But I was charged 500 rupees on Bangalore bill. Dont know why the safe custody charges charged twice. I guess overworked workers you have

Another bigger ordeal, the agent and his supervisor on 20th July promised to reverse the charges and they ended up reversing only 290 charge. Again Sleepy or overworked workers

Now, today when I called and ask for the reason why only 290 charges reversed i am being told that we can reverse only 1 charge in 1 statement. Well, you have right to charge me twice for wrong charges but cannot reverse two error. Applaud 👏

The agent couldn’t do anything abt it, there were no floor Supervisor present on the floor for close to 30 mins I was talking to ur agent today.

Can I pease know

Why complete charges were not reversed
Why the my very first call was not heard
Why false promises given to me

Expecting early revert and your answer on the harassment I suffered

In the month of August, i raised complaint again, they promised during a call back that they will reverse the charges but to my surprise they closed the complaint by mentioning customer dropped the call.

I called again and raised the request again, this time they did not reverse but disconnected my connection

I called again and ask the call to be transferred to the senior but again they disconnected the phone
