Text of Complaint by Santhosh Kumar N:

I purchased a new mobile through TVS credit service with 8 EMI. Here every month 3rd was my due date to clear the EMI. Due to late repayment, I have been charged late charges for one month which is valid. But now Aug 3rd was my last EMI date and I have cleared it by 2nd August 2022. Now they have unnecessarily added Rs.2700 as bounce charges and claiming that due to a Mismatch in Signature at the bank, we couldn’t do auto debit at the bank by the 25th of every month. Every month I was getting a message stating that the 3rd is your due date to make the payment as you can check with the attached image. So requesting to look into it on priority and ask them to remove that wrong charges asap.
