I have taken the One dhani freedom card two months ago. Suddenly my card is inactive and they are asking me to pay the full amount. I have been paying all my dues on time and never missed any payment since I joined. They are now charging me late fees and also asking me to pay subscription fees when my card is inactive from their side. I sent several emails but no response. Please look into it as it’s a mental and financial torture from Dhani.
