I have been constantly requesting for removal of below add on services since april 2020.

1. 75Gb top up Rs 300/month
2. DSL Antivirus Rs 75/month

But since last 4 month, nobody is removing is these services and billing every month. After bill is recd every month, i am constantly chasing 121,  and emails and visiting Airtel store Rohini Sector 3, The amount is adjusted after due apologies. But again next month this is added.

I am really frustrated with this issue and constantly chasing.
