We have not received bills for 3 months repeatedly last year neither on mail or hard copy,these bills are needed since we claim this from company,hence we followed for this bill repeatedly for months, eventhough we paid bills on time based on SMS received,
Bill has to send by service provider ,it is basic duty,finally after three months of follow last year in september bills were send for three months together ,On seeing charges in subsequent month when we highlighted why we are charged it was pointed out ,this is itemised bill which is charged we clarified to your team that we do not require this we only need bill by email or physical mail ,which is required by us,We were promised these charges will be reversed,
We called customer service repeatedly every month to clarify and had been promised this will be reversed and were given amount to be paid,
Hence this is not acceptable way of servicing a client this is deficiency of service where first u do not send bill,than try to fleece customer by sending what is not asked,and than inconvenience client who has always paid on time and we have 3 connections from Vodafone,to be treated like this,We have been inconvenienced for last 9 months repeatedly first for not sending bills for months than,for charging erroneously and again harassing us for last 3 months, Vodafone no 9821937560,
