I booked new connection for multi tv on my id – 1202787568 on 19/3/20.
At that that contact person told me that multi tv connection will available at cost of Rs.1199 with 1 month hd subscription free. So i ordered and it was installed.
As i also paid Rs 1200 by case to tata sky representative who installed new-connection on 19/3/20.
I am recharging my account on 18th of every month with of Rs 484. My last recharge was on 18/3/20.
But as my account shows that will expire on 3/4/20. This is in opposite to my regular recharge as it should due on 18/4/20.
I tried many times to tata sky customer care on 1800 208 6633 from my registered mobile no- 9979306832, but every time i could not contact your representative as every time call was ended from your side even after waiting for 15 minutes.
Very bad service from customer care.
So here i want to know why you have deducted money or shortened validity on my account?
I didn’t got any satisfactory response from tata sky yet.
So want to know is there any Benefit to write any complaint on this site as nobody responded.
