Dear sir,
I make an online oder about the phone after online order, I got a confirmation call from the company about confirming my product which I make an online ordered and my shipping address. Which I have the recoding. The agent told me about oppo a53 phone and some lucky customer gift. But when I received it was deferent cellphone some I smart like that. And I don’t get any gift from them. After that I called customers care number they ensure me that they will not send the money back but they will change the product which the agent confirmed by telephone verification. So I want change that cellphone, and want that cellphone I ordered.Dear sir,
