I received a bill yesterday saying I havent paid my 2 previous bills and added in current while I already had paid my electricity bills until March 2020.
Also, there is a huge difference in calculation of historical consumption in current bill:

All my bills (March, April and May 2020) are attached for your ready reference.
My consumption are wrongly calculated for all three months (March, April & May 2020). Considering all your hypothetical/wrong calculation my May 2020 consumption should note be more than 210 Units (because we are not staying at home). I should get charged only around 200 Units with the new rates which have decreased by 29% already.
This is not at all acceptable during covid-19 the electricity charges are already decreased by the government while I am receiving all wrong calculations.
Please lodge a complaint and help me to get rid of this situation. Further, when I had sent an email to them, I have got reply from them after 17 hours saying they are unable to serve the complaints over email. They have shared several sources to complain (Whatsapp, email, android app, ios app) but nothing seems working.
