The bill for month of aug 2020 was raised by the co for 9 days on pro-data bases for the old scheme as I had changed to a new scheme but which (old scheme) was calculated wrongly and also benefit of the old scheme for such many days were not given.
I had requested them for new correct bill to be issued
But yet not made available and they are telling me to pay for the amt m not liable for .
M ready to pay for what m liable.
